How does it work?

1. Call 0871 711 1890 and reserve a "conference room", this takes about a minute.  You can reserve a room up to a week in advance and use it as often as you like for a week.
2. Agree the conference time and then let the people know:
• the number to call (0871 711 1890)
• the conference room number (you are given this when setting up)
• the PIN if you choose to enable the PIN function.
3. Just before the conference is due to start, call in on 0871 711 1890 and enter your conference room.
4. Enjoy the benefits of a conference call.

What does it cost?

• Just the call cost of the telephone calls which is 8.5p per minute at all times – BT standard rate. This will be charged on your normal telephone bill.
• There are no other costs.
